Planned Maintenance & - Regular visits , servicing and preventative works Servicing Project, Minor Works & - Professional Service for detailed specifications of Refurbishment project works. Managed by Contract Managers to co-ordinate multi-trade works. Installation Works- Installation of Heating, Cooling, and Electrical Systems to industry standards Customer Service 24/7 Help Desk Our 24 Hour Help Desk is fully internally hosted in our Birmingham premises. A team of trained Operators receive calls by phone, fax, or increasingly e-mail and log them onto our bespoke tracking software, Foxpro.
